Frames by Us is a cinematic content studio working exclusively with boutique and luxury hotels properties where the experience is the product, and the visuals need to translate that experience without flattening it.
We're a two-person studio by design. Andrea Cuspinera leads creative direction and production. Diego Duron leads strategy and partnerships. Every project moves through us. No junior teams, no outsourced post-production, no templates.
We chose to specialize in hospitality because content for hotels is harder than it looks. The properties that succeed don't just need beautiful visuals. They need a visual language that compounds in value over time content that pulls guests off third-party platforms and onto direct channels, asset by asset.

Andrea leads the creative direction of every project at Frames by Us. Her work focuses on translating atmosphere — the specific feeling of a place — into images that move people to act.
Before founding Frames by Us, she spent years building a body of editorial and travel work across Mexico, Turkey, New Zealand, and Europe — collaborating with hospitality and lifestyle brands to develop their visual identity.
Her eye is what shapes every shoot. The decisions about light, pacing, and frame all start with her.

Before founding Frames by Us, he spent years in B2B sales and growth strategy across fintech and SaaS, where he learned how to think about content as a conversion mechanism, not decoration.
He's the one who reads the brief twice before saying yes — and who walks into every discovery call already knowing what's working and what's not.
